Terms of Service

By using services provided by Clifford's Pumpkins, customers agree to the following terms.

Scheduling & Delivery

• Services are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Delivery dates depend upon availability.
• Customers agree to provide accurate information.

Natural Products

• Pumpkins are natural products that will eventually soften, age, and decompose.
• Clifford's Pumpkins is not responsible for damage caused by the natural aging or decomposition of pumpkins or other organic materials.
• Pumpkin colors, sizes, and appearance naturally vary.

Photos & Marketing

• Porch photos submitted by customers are used to prepare estimates and custom designs.
• Customers who purchase porch installations grant permission for Clifford's Pumpkins to photograph completed displays for marketing purposes unless they specifically request otherwise.
